FILE — retail · My 420 Tours / CC BY-SA 4.0Wachovia Holdings LLC has received an active medical marijuana retail license (MMTC-2026-0050) in Florida, according to state license records. The company is authorized as a vertically integrated operator, meaning it can cultivate, manufacture, and dispense cannabis.
The license grant comes as part of a broader licensing cycle: state records show at least five other new retail authorizations issued the same day, including STIIIZY Florida, Star Buds Florida, and Sunfest Herbs. Florida's retail dispensary count now stands at 829 open locations, with 50 cultivation and 50 manufacturing licenses active in the medical market.
What to watch: whether Wachovia Holdings moves quickly toward retail launch and what footprint (location count, regions) it pursues within Florida's mature but still-consolidating market.
