Recent weeks have seen significant operator activity in Ohio. Vireo Growth announced an acquisition of four cannabis businesses with plans for eight dispensaries; Greenlight opened four new locations; and several operators including Zips Dispensaries and AYR Dispensary updated their licensing names. Three new retail licenses were issued on August 4 alone (Certified Dispensary, Story Dispensary, and Greenstock).
