Juva license no longer active in California
Distribution or retail license for Juva has been deactivated, per state roster update.
FILE — closure · Ivan Radic / CC BY 2.0A Juva cannabis license has been deactivated in California as of July 30, according to the state license roster. Official records show Juva held both a commercial distributor license (C11-0001387-LIC) and a commercial retailer license (C10-0001229-LIC), both listed as active—creating ambiguity over which license has now been inactivated and the reason for the change.
The deactivation comes amid routine churn in California's mature cannabis market. On the same date, the state recorded multiple license changes: Hunter Project Facilities, LLC also saw a license inactivated, while new operators including NKM Management LLC and Toptierz received licenses as distributors and microbusiness operators.
Next to watch: clarification from state records on whether Juva's distributor, retail, or both licenses are affected, and any public statement on the circumstances—whether voluntary surrender, regulatory action, or operational pause.
